The senior management team has worked hard over recent years to reinforce a culture of transparency and mutual respect across all levels of the business. Working for a small company brings its own set of unique challenges, workloads can become stretched at pressure points throughout the year and sometimes extra hours have to be worked in order to meet tight deadlines, especially through our work with private sector clients. Naturally, there can be resource constraints compared to a larger organization, although we try to be as efficient and adaptable as possible to maximise what is available.

The whole team is hugely friendly and great to work with. There is always a great environment. The work being done is also very interesting and impactful with real-world impact. There are also great pension and leave benefits between annual leave and wellbeing days. Remote working was also generous.

It’s a long distance to travel from central London or most areas with not fantastic links.
