Pros
There are great people within the organization, but they are dropping like flies. The concept is great, but the software is irrecoverable.
Cons
There are truly too many to list... -Software is held together with Duct Tape -Leadership is reactionary and continuously point fingers or just change their titles and look the other way -Bleeding employees at the moment -Software is so incredibly difficult to use that implementation and service teams are set up to fail -Selling integrations that don't exist and then slow walk the implementation praying for a miracle -No referenceable customers, reuse the same ones over and over
