Pros

The most friendly, helpful coworkers. Working remote and unlimited PTO is great, however, the leadership is so very empathetic when family/personal issues occur, and they are very understanding and supportive to ensure you can balance work/life, and are very flexible. Open door policy regardless of hierarchy -- I have never felt like I couldn't go to anyone in any seat and be heard. There have been many changes lately, however, I believe everyone is working towards the same end goal, and I'm looking forward to BIG THINGS!

Cons

There are specific struggles when 3 software companies come together to form one. Our product and development team have an uphill battle, but they're doing their very best with what they have to work with. Also a struggle with 3 small companies coming together as one big company can feel like 3 silos.

Pros

Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

Cons

Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
