      Pros

      Coworkers and leadership have been very supportive. Growing company with lots of opportunities. Development team has some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Product and Sales teams are working hard to get new clients and keep our existing base.

      Cons

      Past leadership made some choices that put the company in a difficult position. The new direction is very positive.
