      Great shifts 4 on 4 off you only work 6 months a year. Not a bad salary, overtime available,

      Cons

      Mismanaged, cliques aplenty, management have the special crew that they favour. Speak out at your peril if you feel something is unsafe. You get targeted as trouble. Toxic floor environment with low morale site wise.
