Pros
Company pays very well for engineers, but they do have high expectations. Also, they are growing as a business so there are many opportunities to get involved in interesting projects. There are many 2nd and 3rd generation engineers at the location I work, so obviously it is a good environment.
Cons
High expectations for engineers as they expect people to work hard and be technically competent once you are trained.
