Pros
Nice place to work for the pay if you don’t mind spending all your time there. You can make a lot of money working OT.
Cons
The new contract removed all bonuses. You may end up on swing and be stuck on it for a long time until you gain seniority. The swing there changes shift every 2-3 days from days, 2nd to 3rd then back and they do not even have to give you 24hrs to turnaround back to days - they may force you to work til 11am then have you come IN the next day at 3am. On this schedule you will also work 7 days straight every week then have 2-3 days off which feels more like 1 or 2 since you have to start back on 3rd every time. You’ll only get 1 weekend off every month. Some departments do not have swing and rotate on a 12hr schedule but you won’t know where you’re going until you’re already in orientation.
