      Pros

      Good 401k matching & health insurance. Pride in the products we produce for the aerospace industry.

      Cons

      Below average pay. Expected to work with little to no notice just about every weekend (without pay if you are salary). The "leaders" are just a bunch of old-timers barking orders with no constructive feedback. Nobody actually cares about their employees or their career growth, because we all know there is no ladder to climb. Chaotic, stressful, mismanaged (4 CEOs in ~3 years). Uncertain future of the company.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
