      Did meet some very nice people while working there.

      Just about everything is wrong with the company - favoritism, nepotism, bullying, poor ethics, antiquated equipment, horrible short term decisions, etc.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
