      health benefits, 401K, work life balance

      Cons

      There is no training or any sort of direction. Half the people in upper management don't know the answers to anything. Too many people involved in one process creates the never ending circle over and over. I would highly recommend not working for this company. Very high turnover rate!

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
