      Senior Management (MCS) does not acknowledge employee concerns and are more concerned with their own appearance Engagement Managers are constantly struggling for power plays and lose sight of project deliverables Excessive project hours which eliminate any kind of work-life balance Clients will often change and edit reports in order to not look bad in front of management
