      Pros

      Lots of different opportunities available in Cleveland because it is both a manufacturing location for 2 business units and the business unit headquarters. Fast paced. Challenging. Lot's of great people to work with.

      Cons

      Tough union manufacturing environment. High stress. Work/life balance can be a challenge. Not for everybody but can be rewarding if you can handle it.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
