Pros

The work itself isn’t too difficult at group home settings and the pay is okay for a first time DSP position

Cons

The clients are tough to work with. Some bite and pull hair. Management sucks and they all play favorites. Even up to corporate offices. If they like the manager and Not you then your words mean nothing. And when you stick up for yourself they find small ways to write you up and get you fired. They call you on your day off and then write you up/ fire you if you do not answer. They make you work even if you feel sick or are awaiting test results. They change your schedule all the time without letting your know first and the staff are always quitting so the turnover rate is crazy too.
