Pros
I liked working at Archway. You learn a lot of new skills. Employees are friendly. It was nice having off for holidays and a few weeks in the summer. You got personal fulfillment from working with the kids and knowing you're making a difference in their lives. It's a good feeling.
Cons
There is a lot of drama between staff members. Also, most of your suggestions aren't put into consideration. Not much room for advancement either.
