Archrock puts safety first. They have good benefits in place for their employees. They currently have good management from the top down and have been investing a lot into their employees for the past few years.
Cons
Most employees that complain the most about Archrock are bad employees and don't last. You will also see those employees have the same issues everywhere they go.
