      Pros

      Small enough to be agile, but large enough to be secure even during the O&G downturn. Friendly corporate atmosphere, Good leadership, positioned for growth.

      Cons

      Since the split from Exterran, people do not know we are a 1 year old company with a 60+ year history of doing the same thing great.
