Pros

Good people to work with. Management is easy to get along with, and the work is fairly easy to perform. Position is mainly helpdesk, with some server-side administrative tasks, and the occasional project work. This is embedded work performed at client sites, however, clients are very nice to work with.

Cons

Pay is on the low end, and the company doesn't hire on many full-time salaried workers. Most new hires are part-timers, and moving into full-time is harder to accomplish.

Pros

You get to work at your own pace, good teammates, chance to touch different technologies. Company meals.

Cons

My supervisor the CFO didn’t understand Technology, only two days of training before I was sent out in the field, CEO and CFO say refer to ”the wiki” but there is no usable information in there, when I started they didn’t even have a computer for me. Long hours and no overtime.
