      Excellent workplace culture Great work life balance

      Cons

      The top of the food chain can sometimes over manage, though they have the best of intentions. They lead with kind hearts and a deep passion for serving patients with the highest quality care. It always comes with a true passion for creating the best care for and service for the clients and patients. And that's admirable. You don't find that nowadays.
