Pros
They have Interesting projects to work on, The international staff gives it a good flair and generally the support amongst staff is good. The organisation of the projects is good.
Cons
The turnover of staff is really fast. Most people leave after a year or less or so because if the infighting between the 3 directors, which seriously affects the overall office environment and performance in a bad way. People don't dare to ask questions to Top level, there were tears etc.. No way to get to a higher level position - they will just hire from the outside rather than bothering with existing staff
