      Pros

      - Interesting clientele and projects - Good benefits offerings compared to other Arch/ ID firms - Cool office/ location (although I was remote\ - Good marketing leadership and interesting firm strategy - Boutique feel but doesn't feel run like a mom and pop - adequate CRM systems and budgets for things to get done

      Cons

      - Top down approach in such an outwardly seemingly progressive firm. - Lacks diversity at the top levels - Was laid off after a few months here.. initially told I'd have the option to start remote and move in person later on.. this did not happen. I definitely feel like the company simply needed a temp hire or couldn't actually afford the role and restructured me out. - Lack of respect from upper management

      Pros

      People are cool. A majority of employees are under 45 I'd guess and many are born and educated abroad. Office is fairly diverse but leadership is almost entirely white. Projects are corporate clients, typically offices and amenity spaces, typically large-scale.

      Cons

      Leadership is seemingly progressive and interested in "the future of work" but hours are 9-6, five days per week and starting 2025 we'll be in-office Mon through Thurs.... Plus salaries also do not compensate for this! Also office is oddly structured and there are a noticeable lack of brand strategists and interior designers for the workload. Does not feel like they value these teams as they do architects and marketing.
