Pros

They are no pros good enough to justify being a part of such a company.

Cons

The Single-Star rating is given only because I had to. The worst environment you can put yourself in. You will be harassed and shamed by the boss himself. The company has lately been very active on social media as a strategy to publise themselves and create a brand value, arranging interviews to "show" that it has an ethical company with a good work culture. All of that is a big lie and a mere stunt. One doesn't require to take efforts to such an extent if the work environment is genuinely good as well as the projects. They automatically are covered by the media.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Job security is… more of a concept than a reality. You can be asked to leave anytime—no warning, no clarity, just vibes. • Feedback culture is “character building”—read: seniors can be unnecessarily rude, and if something goes wrong, it somehow becomes your fault (welcome to being the newest scapegoat). • Reasons for termination are optional. Transparency isn’t really part of the process, and neither is fair compensation for days already worked. • Professionalism and ethics seem flexible depending on the situation—which can be… unsettling, to say the least. • The firm’s online presence is polished and impressive, but the internal work environment feels like a completely different story—less “design studio,” more “survival test.”

Pros

Nothing much. You would just be mindlessly working towards no clear goal

Cons

Really questionable work environment. Bad work ethic. Only suits the clients, not the employees. No work life balance. Everyone's just sucking upto the boss to gain his validation.
