The Office is a very friendly and open atmosphere. Project managers are always ready to help and answer questions. You will gain some useful experience in this field of architecture.
Cons
If you are young and looking for a place to grow your experience in the design field, you will be disappointed here. The overall designs and concepts are run only by the higher ups, who don't like to change their ideas, even for little things.
