Pros
There was a definite level of anticipation and excitement about technology innovations. The office was easy to get to and was generally quite enough to work heads-down in. Had a pool table and a beer cooler. There was opportunities to NOT TRAVEL which is great if you have a family who needs you nearby.
Cons
There was an undertone of frustration between the HR department and the managing partners. When too much was bitten off by a sales person, the team who was 'stuck' with the problem was thrown to the wolves, and there was no one to advocate for the development team members. Some recent 'break-ups' in the ownership has maybe changed some things, but almost no-one I knew who worked there is still with the company... Even my recruiter.
