Cons
Always make such scenes that you have work late night. No result of proposal projects- on which you have worked for hours, nights and long days. If you are initiating on some work- they will always let you down. Always taunting without any reason. Not allowed to talk to each other. No mobile phones allowed- not even u can listen to music. You have to come on time-if come late then they take actions- but yes you cannot leave on time- they create a scene -and on exact 15mins before your leaving- they give you targets which you have to complete within that day. No feelings for there staff. Only one sat off- Other sat are half day till 4 which goes upto 7pm.
