Pros
The projects are really innovative and we're always thinking ahead of our time. CEO is very approachable, smart, collaborative and is a team player. LOVE the office! Great location and so nice to see the team work hard yet have so much fun together. Diverse and experienced team of people in all the divisions. Lots of variety which keeps things interesting.
Cons
Not really a con, but this company is great to work for if you like to be busy and challenged pushing limits. I'd say if you are looking for a mundane 9-5 job this place isn't for you. Everyone that works here is really passionate about what they do and will do what it takes to be the best.
