Good place to work - Architect Archicon Employee Review

Sense of ownership to working on projects from beginning to end with a sense of freedom to run my own project. Not a hire | fire type company. Flexable if need personal time but required to make up the time. Management frowns on working on weekends...require balance in life.

No real cons to this firm.

If you know what you're doing, they leave you to it. Get your work done and there's no one really looking over your shoulder. The office can be fun at times and it's never stuffy. We have an office dog. Projects are varied, never too large and deadlines aren't unreasonable. Leave your woke politics out of this office.

Pay isn't going to be the greatest. But not the worst, either. Bonuses aren't a thing. 401ks aren't a thing. Holiday parties happen, but not without considerable effort by employees.
