Leadership is inexperienced and not interested in improving. Those with different opinions, both employees and players are considered "haters". Many have left already, some leaving the industry entirely, others without any job lined up due to the toxic work environment. Designers are given little to no control over design. The inexperienced leads work overtime and spring surprise design changes, overruling any other proposal. Engineers are siloed, unsupported, and blamed results after they are gone. No sprint planning occurs because the leads can't anticipate needs beyond a few days. Retrospectives do not exist at all. Management will fire individuals and teams of people without any indication that things are going poorly. The company went from having no vision, to a muddled one which they won't commit to. There is little focus on making VR/AR centric games (might as well be a port), or working in a sustainable way.
