7yWe are in a very new space and as a result are constantly learning. We are sorry you had a negative experience, but we are doing everything in our power to improve the culture and team dynamics.
Some of the recent examples of initiatives we have rolled out:
-Leadership and Management training
-Semi-Annual employee surveys
-One Up's where any employees can request meetings with their manager's manager
-Bi-weekly lunch and learns
We know that our biggest and most important asset is our team. We are proud and thankful for everyone at Archiact and hope to keep building on a better and more immersive future together.
