Toxic work enviornment - Project Coordinator Archetype(MN) Employee Review

pay was horrible, the sales team was incredibly toxic and arrogant. literally wanted your life to revolve around SIGNS. They wanted perfection but if you needed help, it was an inconvenience and they made sure you knew it. clear favoritism existed. I took issues to HR multiple times and nothing was ever done. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs. There is also zero growth opporutnities
