      Pros

      Office space is good.

      Cons

      The management is very bad. They make you sit mercilessly even on Sundays for work. No work life balance. Management is NOT AT ALL employee friendly, too much of politics & definitely not a SAFE place for girls as most men here are bad. The head is a dictator and takes credit for everyone's work. Business Development head is a vulgar guy who speaks indecently most of the time. Worst management and people I have seen. You have to put more than you can and you get NOTHING.

      Pros

      Exotic office locations, nice employees, and most importantly a lot of responsibility is given to you here and you can learn lots of different things about the job you maybe could not at a bigger firm. Expat employees start out with 24 paid days off a year.

      Cons

      Many projects are pushed out the door quickly and some of the clients they take on are not quality. Your portfolio may suffer. Pay is not the best and if you are not in the headquarters office good luck trying to get anything from them or make a complaint.

      Great founding team, nice office

      Cons

      Lots of conflicts... Racist management towards local staff in Vietnam. It is like living back in French colonial times
