1. total number of 3 human resource employees all in delhi. 2. They say they are equal to all, but after 3 months you are just another employee. If you are an associate or just starting out, they'll juice you and you are ultimately underpaid. 4. Gotta work in the weekends. No pay for that! 5. Pay is low! They also have maternity leave without pay. 6. Bengali women in senior leadership team are the worst. They will put you down, give off an unprofessional hatred vibe. 7. There are no facilities in the office. There's an underpaid admin staff who buys drinks at less than 200 bucks for more than 15 people. 8. They have fixed work timings, no flexibilities 9. No overseas opportunities. 10. No exposure to digital side of things. It is only traditional PR , LESS SCOPE ONWARD AND UPWARD. 11. You gotta go to office everyday. Sharp at 9.30 and if you leave nefore 6 the managers dislike it. You dont learn tools its all basic word, excel and writing
