Pros

It was a nice office, and there were nice people working there, unfortunately this was all undone by the terrible management team, lack of strategy and the fact we kept losing clients.

Cons

The MD, Kath Pooley, had no idea how to run an agency or win business. She was completely uninspirational and would change her mind as often as her socks. There were clear favourites in the agency and if your face didnd't fit you would be bullied out. There was no believable strategy - trying to position ourselves as a global marketing business was ridiculous. As an AM I got very little support and worked all hours under the sun, with no training or development offered. I liked my clients (most of the time) but in the end it just wore me out to the point of collapse. I don't know if things got better since I left. Rachel must have been an improvement but I doubt she was able to create the culture or supportive environment that was so badly needed.

Pros

Very strong company culture, supportive and positive. Very helpful in fostering each employers own growth.

Cons

The kind culture sometimes gets in the company’s way. They could be more ambitious.
