      No commission structure, lack of leadership, titles given to employee's with no previous management experience of KPI's and deliverables, zero SOPs in place, poor communication and poor business model

      This company cares about the customer success. They will go above and beyond for their customers. Great pay and great vacation benefits.

      Cons

      Employees are asked to do multiple tasks and do different functions, and that could be challenging for those who only want to do one task.
