Boiler room style. - Iron-fisted and lacking in compassion with employee welfare. No room for being late for 2 minutes, time off for urgent personal errands, breaks, strict 1 hour lunch time. - Money worshipping environment where your value and worth comes solely from the amount you bill - Great impression when you interview for the job but unpleasant culture once you join. Hate it when they said "You aren't just about the money you make; we also take in your sincere effort to grow, and your good attitude" - lie. By 2 or 3 months in, you worry constantly if you will be fired for not producing enough money due to the vibes they give. - Those who do well are money-worshippers who will have no qualms about putting ethics and manners aside in their course of work.
