Pros

Great people, free snacks, decent insurance. In fact I stayed at the company for over three years due to the cool people that worked there. Overall, it was a great place to learn to implement processes and see high impact of your daily decisions.

Cons

No 401k match, very little PTO. High work load for the amount of pay. When work from home started, the workload got really bad. Lack of human interactions, high work load, poor inter company communication just made this place not enjoyable. I had a manager tell me it was expected to work 60 hours a week so we can be more efficient at working. Honestly, when I heard that, I put in my two weeks and left. Not worth the stress on your mental health and your relationships at home.

Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working here, primarily because of the people and the way teams collaborate across functions. Day‑to‑day, colleagues are supportive, quick to jump in and help, and genuinely focused on solving problems together rather than working in silos. This creates a culture where it’s easy to share ideas, learn from others, and feel part of a larger mission rather than just a job. The company offers competitive benefits and solid perks that support work–life balance, from health coverage to time‑off programs and other employee‑focused initiatives. There are clear opportunities for growth if you’re willing to work hard, take ownership, and raise your hand for new projects, including chances to build new skills and move into roles with more responsibility. Leadership is increasingly focused on culture and continuous improvement, which makes it a great place for anyone who wants to grow their career while contributing to a strong, values‑driven team.

Cons

As a growing company, there is a lot of work and change, which can mean competing priorities at times. It’s a great environment if you like a fast pace and are comfortable juggling multiple projects.
