Pros

Most of the employees are kind, welcoming and create a family environment. The office spaces are comfortable, clean and modern.

Cons

One employee felt threatened by everyone. She would talk about them in another language to other team members whilst in a full office. Back stabbing and finding fault in other people was rewarded. Incorrect use of the description of ‘decentralised organisation’, they are centralised but hope to be a non-hierarchical organisation. Which is misguided as it is the reason there is no clear direction or achievement outside of architecture design. Everyone is walking on egg shells hoping to stay in the good books of leadership that pick favourites and ridicule anyone on the outer. Every day the strategies change and what is expected and accepted changes too. Such a shame as the company has a lot of potential with amazing talent, just being directed around in circles by leaders who can’t communicate and can’t let go of anything.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate the office environment and colleagues —creating a positive and welcoming workplace is something we truly value. We also acknowledge your concern about work pressure as an important issue, which we take seriously. For this reason, we are continuously reviewing our work practices and adding new tools to effectively manage the challenging project timelines. We’re committed to making meaningful changes that support both productivity and personal well-being. e.g. from day one of the current regional conflict, Archcorp enabled Work from Home for all staff prioritizing safety and mental health over productivity. If you have any specific suggestions, we’d love to hear them—your voice matters. The Archcorp leadership team
