Caring & professional Company - Manager Archbold Logistics Employee Review

Archbold go above and beyond in making you feel welcomed not only when you first start here but also day to day whilst you are here . Some examples of this include the praise and gifts which we have received when we meet and surpass out targets. Which is something i have personally received little of in past jobs roles despite all the hard work i personally have put in and also witnessed the teams i have worked with put in. And to be honest its come as a shock to me. We also get breakfast bought for the entire team from time to time which is always a bonus :) The actions mentioned above are just a small part of what its like to work at Archbold's and It really does go to show how much you are appreciated here! We have a tight knit team in Global and everyone works well together in order to achieve the best results possible. From an employee perspective its a pleasure to work for Archbold's :)

Although there's always room for improvement i can not think of any cons/area's of improvement at the time of writing this review.

An established Company that requires a ‘hands on, adaptable attitude’ to the workload as it is a small workforce working hard to provide a good, efficient customer experience in a competitive environment. Friendly atmosphere, with well-established, knowledgeable key figures running the business. As it is a small workforce, I have found there are personal touches which go along way such as a birthday card or a recognition letter for a job well done. Sometimes there is even free breakfast or lunch provided!!

No concerns with current employer, far better working environment than my previous employer!
