Pros
Smaller organization and most staff are very friendly with one another. After working there a while you come to feel a part of the team and family.
Cons
The administration does not elicte that team feeling and many employees felt neglected and mis-used. After working they're 7 years with positive feedback from supervisors, co-workers etc, there was no initiative from administration to try to find out why I was leaving nor several other long time workers wit great work ethic. Staff does not feel valued.
