Pros
If you work in the music or book department, your coworkers are often as passionnate as you are about the product you are selling. You will discover new things. Customers are not obligated to be there (except during Christmas time) and it is often enjoyable to help them. Small reductions on products You will like to work there for your team and the product not because you have an amazing job.
Cons
If you work part-time, you have a minimum wage salary. You do not have any advantages beside your employee discount. It was way better before Renaud-Bray bought the company (better discount, we were less short-staffed, we sold better products, etc.)
