- Upper management doesn't seem to like input/doesn't listen to input when issues arise - Very top-heavy company - Too many managers/directors are making project decisions before talking with the people it affects and do the work - Projects sometimes didn't have great communication between teams and the ball was dropped a lot - Not a lot of opportunities to move up - Salary was very low compared to other companies in the same field
