Pros

Great colleagues, short hours, minimal weekend days, garage parking, good location. There is a 20 word minimum for this section however, this is all I can say for Pros.

Cons

The pay structure does not seem kosher -- u must be logged in to a predictive dialer in order to account for your time worked. This means, if you need to do research or get up to seek advice, you are actually docked for that time. If you are in the building and being productive for 35 hours a week, you are likely to only get paid for a fraction of those hours. Management promises coaching and guidance and may even put you on a written warning but will fire you before you have a chance to put the coaching plan into action. They have "had a glitch" and insurance benefits were suddenly canceled. This place will make you feel like a dirty sales person. They pressure you to make up 3rd party stories in order to solidify the idea of a valid company to the clients. All in all, I feel blessed to have been able to open my eyes to these kinds of practices so I know where to stear clear from in future opportunities. I wish I could follow the few good reviews on this site but unfortunately my experience mimics that of several other employees that have been employed there and I feel the need to offer insight this company's practices. Pros

I just finished the last training class and was moved to the sales floor this week. My first day on the sales floor the one girl next to me sold 3 and the person on the other side of me sold 2. Both made almost $500 for the day! I see the opportunities here to make a good living and career!

Cons

Cold calling, you are calling previous vacationeers introducing them to the company and attempting to sell them their next vacation. So you do need sales skills to succeed.

Pros

I liked a few of the people I worked with.

Cons

You aren't paid what they make it sounds like. You HAVE to be logged onto your dialer to get paid. Even if you take a restroom break you aren't getting paid. The hours are actually shorter than you think. You have to come in an hour and a half early if you want to get close to a 40 hour work week. When I got my first paycheck it bounced and I was charged NSF fees that they wouldn't pay me for. Management yells at you in front of everyone else and puts you down in front of others. Very unprofessional. They expect you to sell a vacation collection to anyone regardless of their situation. Even if an elderly person who can't travel anymore, or if it is someone who is going through cancer, someone who had a dearth in the family, or they are living on social security. Management even says if they don't travel try to get a sell that they can give to someone else as a gift. It's very cut throat and disrespectful. Their slogan inside the office is "buyers are liars". This company isn't even listed with the BBB. This should have been my first sign. Worse place I've ever worked. If you don't make your sales quota in the first month you are fired. They won't let you come to the office and pick up your check. They say it's company policy. Even if you return your headset, and training materials upon leaving the company, you will still be charged $125.00.
