Pros
- First year program allows new employees to connect with others from college - Lets employees travel often and use corporate card for small business expenses - Small- business feel, everyone knows everyone on a first name basis
Cons
- A colleague of mine experienced racism from team and management, and was the only minority on the team. Was micromanaged 10x harder - Unclear feedback and directions on how to improve upon performance review time - Not competitive starting salary, others in the first year program had different wages - Management will exclude on purpose without warning, very high school feel - Utilized screaming and surprise pop-up meetings as a way of discipline for employee to "improve"
