10yThank you for your feedback. Employees that belong to a union and receive a pension do not receive an employer match for the 401K. Safe, healthy, quality working lives for our people is our utmost priority. Transforming YOU wellness initiative and biometric screenings are just part of the opportunities we provide our employees to stay healthy. We continue to be transparent about the challenges facing the steel industry and our USA operations. Macroeconomic factors including global steel industry overcapacity, record high import levels from non-market economies and a strong US dollar, have created an unsustainable operating environment for our industry. Further, the Company’s labor negotiations with the United Steelworkers provides an additional opportunity to align our cost structure with the economic realities of the industry. We remain committed to achieving a mutually sustainable agreement that can support the collective future of all stakeholders, including our employees.
