Pros
Incredible high level of mix of high tech in processes, logistics, innovation, IT, at least at factory level. If you love that, you will have the time of your life. Very good environment to get in contact with different area's of technoglogy. The basic values of the company are well known and shared accross the world.
Cons
Very challenging working place because of strong worldwide competition. It means that great ideas must wait for budget control reasons, to give way to greater idea's. Career wise, you must be very patient. Clarity on career could be better.
