Cons
There is no time allocated for resources to get relieved from their responsibilities by assigning them periodically to less intensive projects and programs, thus people end up leaving the organization due to constant and unending or continuous pressure of work. In other companies, you get assigned to an intense project or initiatives for a year or a year and a half, and then you get assigned to maitanance responsibilities where you'll be under pressure only during month end, for instance, over a period of about 6 to 8 months, ad then once you are back and reccupulated again, you get assigned to aggressive projects.
