Pros
- Decent pay for salaried employees - Tuition reimbursement (took advantage of this for my MBA)
Cons
- NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE (receive phone calls at any time of the day or night)..including weekends - working in Maintenance - On call 24/7 in maintenance - No potential for advancement within the Company (been in Maintenance for 7 yrs. I would like to work in a staff department (Finance, Quality Assurance, Engineering), but that's frowned upon - Medical benefits are the pits...I'm loving the new 2016 coverage plan {insert sarcasm here}
