Working for AMDS France at Reims is a very bad idea, no RESPECT at all between Business and IT departments ( business Manager are very Toxic) the whole environment is very TOXIC, no recognition, no trust in the employees at All. They Don’t have enough budget to invest in their employees. 0 training for the employees even if you ask for it, but they will ask you to do something else. You will get just a mediocre salary without any extra (the package depends on the activity of the company which is btw always in tough financial situation ) starting projects but never ending them. The work is a real mess. If you decide to express what bothers you, you will be the number 1 enemy of your team (btw no notion of team either) 0 management you have to do anything even if it has nothing to do with your profile or position. Joining ArcelorMittal Distribution Solution France as Data scientist or Data engineer or even Data analyst is a big waste of time and energy you will regret it for sure. As former employee I quite the job cuz of theses reasons and I’m pretty sure this is never gonna change since you will work for the same team (very toxic managers ). In one year a lot of people resigned from this company including myself. Btw they will not hesitate to call you even during your holidays for work.
