Horrible management, be assured if you ever file a complaint to HR you will probably get fired. Men harass the females there it’s unbelievable how HR does nothing about it. Everyone that works here are sad and depressed because they act like 10 year old girls and gossip about everyone all day instead of doing real work, it feels like going to high school, There’s no direction and improvements in the company it’s quite sad how behind they are. There’s no real growth, you will not use any of the skills here at a new job. They will make you risk your life to work here and come in during storms because no one cares about you here. Just run away from this place, I still need therapy for the trauma this place gave me
