- Awesome people, very friendly in the office environment - Profit sharing - Managers can be hit or miss, either really good or really bad
Cons
- Work from home policy is terrible, mandatory coming into the office for a majority of the week - Managers can be hit or miss, either really good or really bad - A lot of work and underpaid base salary relative to the work done - Dated systems and not looking like changing anytime soon
