Unfortunately, turnover happens at all companies for a variety of reasons. However, the attrition rate over the last five years for our engineers is 28% - slightly below the five year average reported by the National Associate of College and Employers (NACE), with 37% leaving for personal reasons. In order to be successful and sustainable, we must attract, develop and retain the best talent. We have retained 72% of our new hires over the past five years.
