Pros
Good people to work with and not a lot of pressure to perform. Take it easy and no problems, try to fix issue and you have problems.
Cons
The company is poorly managed at the US site,, its a large dinosaur. The global focus is not on the USA operations. Second, the union is involved all major and minor decisions. They run it.
